The Weekend courses begin at 5pm on Friday 16th August and end at 1pm on Sunday 18th August. The 5-Day courses begin at 5pm on Sunday 18th August end at 1pm on Friday 23rd August.
If you choose a residential option, the accommodation included in the cost is as follows: Weekend Courses – the nights of Friday 16th and Saturday 17th August (2 nights). 5-Day Courses – the nights of Sunday 18th August to Thursday 22nd August, inclusive (5 nights). If you book a Weekend and a 5-Day course, your accommodation is a total of 7 nights, from the night of Friday 16th to the night of Thursday 22nd, inclusive.

Yes, we have 3 full scholarships available for the 5-day Astrology in Action course. These are open to current Faculty students. Details of how to apply for a scholarship are announced to our mailing list.
The accommodation at Exeter College is student accommodation – it is therefore simple but comfortable. Rooms are simply furnished, and towels and toiletries are provided as well as tea and coffee making facilities. There is a washbasin in all standard single rooms. However, there are no televisions or refrigerators in the rooms. Exeter College is a medieval building and there are no lifts to the higher floors, although there are lifts at the more modern Cohen Quad, which is a short walk away. No, you are welcome to make your own arrangements to stay elsewhere. Simply enrol using the non-residential option. However, delegates generally choose to stay at Exeter College because of the camaraderie and sense of community gained from living in such beautiful surroundings together.
Yes, you can attend Summer School as a Day Delegate on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday.
For the Weekend courses and the 5-Day Astrology in Action course, where no written work is required, a reasonable standard in both reading and speaking English is advised, in order to understand the lectures and interact with other delegates. If you wish to study one of the Faculty Modules at Summer School (Module 3, Module 6 or Module 9), then you will need a good standard of written and spoken English to be able to take the course. Not at all! We have delegates at all stages of learning, from complete beginners to the professional astrologer. It is the love and fascination for astrology that brings us all together!
Yes, you will attain Module Credits if you attend one of our Modules. The Weekend courses and the 5-Day Astrology in Action course do not lead to accreditation.
For the Modules, yes. Please see the enrolment pages for further details. There are no pre-requisites for attending the Weekend courses or the 5-Day Astrology in Action course.
We can accommodate course changes for an administration fee of £25, as long as there is space on the course you want to switch to.
All residential bookings come with breakfast which is taken at Exeter College, Turl Street (even if you are staying at Cohen Quad, a short walk away). Optional lunches and dinners are available to all delegates but must be pre-booked. There are also plenty of reasonably-priced eateries and restaurants in Oxford, a very short walk away.
Yes, as long as you let us know at the time of booking.
Breakfast is at 8am, Lunch at 1pm and Dinner at 7pm (although it is 7.30pm on Gala Dinner night).
Weekend course lunches are Saturday 17th and Sunday 18th. The Weekend course ends at 1pm on Sunday, but if you have booked lunches, your Sunday lunch is included. Weekend course dinners are Friday 16th and Saturday 17th. Sunday dinner is not included. 5-Day course lunches are Monday – Friday inclusive. 5-Day course dinners are Sunday – Thursday inclusive.
