Module 3 is a structured, Faculty pathway course focused on building strong, reliable chart interpretation.

Over the week, you will learn how to integrate planets, signs, houses, aspects, and angles into a coherent reading, moving beyond separate components and into meaningful synthesis. You will work with personal and mystery charts, identify key themes, and refine the way you communicate what you see.

This is an excellent choice if you want to strengthen your foundations, gain confidence, and develop an interpretative method you can use repeatedly, with clarity.

Module 3

Natal Chart Interpretation: Putting the Pieces Together

This five-day practical course is designed to help you integrate the fundamental building blocks of astrology into a coherent and meaningful chart interpretation. Working with planets, signs, houses, angles and aspects, you will learn how to synthesise these elements into a structured and insightful whole.

Throughout the week, you will work with your own chart and with the charts of others, developing confidence in identifying core themes, underlying dynamics and the overall narrative of a horoscope. The course also reflects on the philosophy of astrology and its place in the contemporary world, encouraging thoughtful and responsible practice.

Module 3 is part of the Faculty’s Foundation Course and carries 20 credits. Full attendance across the five days is required in order to gain credits.

Timetable and Arrival

Registration for both Chart Interpretation courses and Astrology in Action takes place on Sunday 23rd August between 2pm and 5pm. A welcome and introduction at 5pm is followed by a drinks reception at 5.50pm.

Teaching begins at 9.30am on Monday morning and the final session concludes at 1pm on Friday 28th August.

Alongside Your Course

In addition to your chosen course, you are warmly invited to take part in the wider Summer School programme.

Each morning, Monday to Friday, there is Silent Meditation with Melanie Reinhart (7.30–8am), including readings from the Orphic Hymn celebrating the planetary ruler of the day.

On Wednesday afternoon, you may attend one of the optional workshops:

  • The Pull of the Soul with Alejo López

  • Introducing the Vertex to Your Chart Angles with Toby Aldren

There are also evening talks from Sunday to Wednesday, offering an opportunity to engage with a wide range of astrological perspectives beyond your core course.

Summer School provides not only focused study within your module, but also a rich and collegial environment in which to deepen your understanding, meet fellow students, and experience astrology as a living tradition.
